Important information for patients:

  1. Patients will need to be a  Virginia resident to be seen and treated by one of our providers.
  2. Patients are seen initially via telehealth, but there is an in-person appointment requirement if a stimulant (controlled substance) is prescribed.  Please discuss this with the provider before making an appointment. 
  3. Private pay appointment fees: $175 for an initial 50-minute evaluation and $150 for a 30-minute follow up evaluations.
